Our Charge*

Members of the Order of Former Freemasons are charged to be men of integrity by:

• Honoring Jesus Christ through worship, prayer and obedience to God's Word in the power of the Holy Spirit.

• Pursuing vital relationships with other Christian men, understanding that he needs brothers to help him keep his commitment to Jesus Christ.

• Practicing spiritual, moral, ethical, and sexual purity. Always remembering that while we are males by birth, we are men by the choices we make, because true manhood and Christ-likeness are synonymous (adapted from The Christian Men's Network).

• Building strong marriages and families through love, protection and biblical values.

• Supporting the mission of his church by honoring and praying for his pastor, and by actively giving his time and resources.

• Supporting the mission of O.F.F. by actively seeking opportunities to lead Masons into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ with gentleness and with respect.

• Reaching beyond any racial and denominational barriers to demonstrate the power of biblical unity, that is exemplified by our love toward one another and our adherence to the Essential Doctrines of the historic Christian faith, as derived from the Bible and confirmed through the ancient ecumenical creeds listed in Our Statement of Faith.

• Influencing his world, being obedient to the Great Commandment (see Mark 12:30-31) and the Great Commission (see Matthew 28:19-20).
